Jewellery Redesign

Memories remain. The form can change.

Jewellery redesign in Gothenburg

A piece of jewellery is often much more than gold. It can hold memories of a mother, a father, grandparents, or someone who meant a great deal to you. At RAD Jewelry we give old jewellery a new life — without losing the history and feeling it carries.

Same gold. Same story. A new form.

More than gold

We reuse the gold and gemstones from your existing jewellery and create a new design from your wishes, your style and your ideas.

Nothing is lost along the way. The material you bring us carries its own history, and that history follows into the new piece.

  • Sustainable and meaningful

Existing material is given a new life, with less environmental impact and greater personal value.

  • Often more economical

Reusing gold and stones can cost less than starting from scratch. The final price depends on work, material and design — we do not promise a saving.

  • Near or far

You do not need to live in Gothenburg. If you live elsewhere in Sweden or in Europe, we can begin online.

  • Trust and quality

We work in our workshop at Linnégatan 33, with more than 25 years of goldsmith experience.

When redesign makes sense

Jewellery redesign is for a piece you want to keep as material, not as the same shape. The work is done in the workshop on Linnégatan 33. Show the workshop on the map. A repair is the right job when the form should stay and only the damage should be fixed. We look at the piece first.

Old or inherited jewelry

A ring from a parent or a stone you already own can become another piece. We reuse the gold and the stones. The history stays with the material. We say what the work needs before anything is made.

How the process works

The five steps on this page are the process: your jewellery, your ideas, the redesign using your gold and stones, the making, and the new piece. You can start with photos or with a visit. The first consultation is free and without obligation.

Repair or redesign?

Keep the form and repair the damage, or make a new form from gold and stones you already have. Jewelry repair is the first. Jewellery redesign is the second. A ring made from the start is make your own ring. Book an appointment when the piece should be seen in the workshop.

Free consultation

Tell us about the piece and your ideas. You may attach up to five photos.

A preference only. We confirm the exact time with you before anything is booked.

We store your message and photos so we can reply. We do not publish them or use them for marketing without consent.

Your gold. Your memories. Your design.

Let us make something new together.
